Ken Herskovitz

CEO Vibratex/Magic Wand

Since 2011, Ken has served in and executive and advisory roles for several major players in the sexual wellness industry. Today, he is the CEO of Vibratex, the company behind the iconic Magic Wand® brand of personal massagers.

Additionally, Ken operates an independent consultancy focused on supporting the business and marketing needs of sexual wellness brands.

Tamara Payton Bell

SWPA Administrator

Tamara is the founder and CEO of Lady T Coaching & New Attitude Business Consulting. She is an ABS Certified Clinical Sexologist, ACS Certified Sex Educator, Certified Loveologist® and Love Coach and a 2008 graduate of Loveology University®. She has been coaching for about 16 years and has been in the pleasure products industry for over 30 years.

She also received her certification as a Death Doula in April 2021. As a widow herself, her goal is to assist wives who have lost their spouse. She is also here to help families through this difficult time.

Tamara holds a B.S. in Business Management and Associates degrees in Family Studies and Psychology/Sociology. She is Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is the founder of the Home Pleasure Party Plan Association (HPPPA).

Scott Watkins

VP Sales and Marketing, Doc Johnson

Scott Watkins is responsible for managing the sales and marketing departments at Doc Johnson. Since he joined the team in 2013, Scott has infused the company with the latest corporate strategies, along with a focus on streamlining procedures while continuing to expand business. 

Scott brings 14 years of hands-on sales, business development, and management experience, and he is always looking for ways to deliver great products and elevated customer satisfaction while strengthening the global presence of Doc Johnson.


Kim Airs

Sexuality Educator & Adult Products Reviewer

Kim has been in this wacky business for over thirty years, when she opened New England’s first female and couples friendly sex toy store, Grand Opening!, after leaving her job at Harvard to sell rubber dicks to girls. Kim has done everything in this business – sales at every level, product design, marketing, copywriting, consulting, training everyone from retailers to doctors and sex therapists to church ladies (true!) … you name it, she’s probably done it.

Kim walks the walk and talks the talk and is passionate about every minute of it because, in this industry, there’s never a dull moment. Kim also was on the Board of Directors of the Free Speech Coalition from 2003-05, so she is very dedicated to the mission of this important organization.

Sara Ramirez

Associate Publisher, Retail

A seasoned leader and visionary in the adult industry, serves as the Associate Publisher, Retail for XBIZ, a leading source of business news and information. Since entering the field in 2001, Sara has dedicated over twenty years to cultivating her deep-rooted passion, expertise, and leadership within the industry.

At the helm of XBIZ Premiere and Sexual Health for 15 years, Sara has been pivotal in shaping these key publications. Her strategic guidance and unwavering dedication have been instrumental in nurturing and growing the community these publications serve.

Andrew Eustace

Adult Sales Director - Trigg Laboratories, Inc.

Andrew is the Director of Adult Sales for Trigg Laboratories (manufacturer of Wet Lubricants) and has been running the sales team since January of 2023. He joined the Wet team in 2020, and has run Wet’s Project Management and Marketing teams respectively.

Previously, Andrew was the Director of Administration at Janra, assisting the President in the day-to-day running and operations functions for the Suzies store chain in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. He has been lucky to work with a vast array of people and product types at all stages of the retail process, from manufacturing to B2B sales, as well as distribution and B2C sales. While still ‘new’ to our industry, going on his 5th year Andrew has a wealth of retail and retail management experience spanning nearly twenty years and two continents.


Preston Garland

Vice President, Eldorado

Garland has 12 years of experience in the pleasure products industry, being second generation in the industry you could say he has much more than that. He started with Eldorado in 2010 in their warehouse operations before advancing to several different roles within Eldorado’s marketing department.

In 2019 he took a leave to complete a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado before rejoining Eldorado in 2021. Serving in a key role as Vice President, Garland has distinguished himself with his strategic insights and leadership within the organization. With a background in business management, he has played a pivotal role in Eldorado’s continued success.

April Lampert

Chief Sale Officer and Co-owner / Hot Octopuss AND Co-host Shameless Sex Podcast

April Lampert has been a sexual pleasure pioneer since 2008, with experience in all facets of the pleasure products business. From adult retail sales and buying to product design and manufacturing to education and marketing, she’s worked around the globe becoming an expert in the field of sexuality.

Not only is she a certified sex educator, co-host of one of the most listened to podcasts in the world–Shameless Sex, and co-author of the book, Shameless Sex but she is also co-owner and Chief Sales Officer of Hot Octopuss. April has been named Woman of the Year in the pleasure products industry and has dedicated her life to this business aiming to inspire more pleasure and intimacy for everyone.

Zoe Ligon

CEO, Spectrum Boutique

Zoë Ligon is a Detroit-based sex educator, journalist and artist who is also the proprietor of progressive online sex toy emporium, Spectrum Boutique, where she has made it her life’s work to blast away the stigmas and misinformation that prevent us from having the amazing sex we all deserve.

Zoë has a bachelor of science in psychology from Fordham University and has a background inclusive pleasure-focused sex education. Her book Carnal Knowledge is available wherever books are sold.


Mark Miller

President, LD Management Company/Lions Den.com

Mark is currently president at LD Management Company. As president, Mark is responsible for all aspects of daily operations at the Lions Den stores. A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Mark was inspired to pursue a career in business leadership after interning at multiple financial institutions while in college.

Prior to working at LD Management, Mark worked as a commercial banker where he was introduced to Lions Den and our great industry. In his free time, Mark can be found enjoying time with his family and friends, riding his motorcycle and golfing.

Lynn Swanson

Sales Manager/ Classic Brands

Lynn Swanson is an industry veteran, whose entire career spans adult: retail, distributing and manufacturing management.

Her long service on the Free Speech Coalition Board of Directors, is something that she is particularly proud of, a response to her family’s personal fight for Free Speech after the conviction and imprisonment of her late husband, David Swanson, for interstate transport of obscene material, many years ago. Having come to Classic Brands nine years ago, she works as their Sales Manager.
